Wild Mature Feminine and the Art and Skill of Practice

This highly experiential training is a small, intimate group experience. To maintain the integrity of strong container work, true mentorship, and community/village building, there are only 6-8 spaces.

We gather up to tend the roots of wild soul and our emerging capacity as we honor the Wild Mature Feminine and life journey (sacred spiral); moving through old stories we might be carrying that are no longer true, the ways we might be hiding from stepping fully in, or ways our creative visions are getting muddied or stalled out.

We’ll anchor together in council, depth practices, and inner/outer work so we can inhabit ourselves more truly and fully and cultivate the potency and strength needed to bring our most fertile gifts/skills forward.

Key terrain and content we’ll cover:

*soul gifts + medicine

*wild wholeness + life stage sagacity (sacred spiral)

*relational fluency + Earth-based wisdom/ways

*holistic tracking + container skills

*nourishment + resourcing

*initiations + rites of passage

*innate wisdom + soul lineage

Hands-on practices include:

  • Council

  • Woman’s Wheel of Life (sacred spiral)

  • Ritual + Ceremony

  • Nature Connection (inner/outer)

  • Personal Depth work + Group Container work

  • Deep Imagery Journeys

  • Healing + Expressive Arts

  • Integration + Vision practices

  • Shadow + Story work

  • Embodiment + Movement

Words from Women I’ve guided

  • Tending the Roots has been a true gift to my spirit. As someone who often holds space for others, the opportunity to simply show up twice a month and be held in this sacred container felt like medicine in itself. There was a steady rhythm — prompts and practices between gatherings that kept the threads of this work alive and weaving through my days without overwhelm.

The way MotherBone holds space is unlike anyone else. She is both strong and fierce — a mountain rooted in truth — and yet soft and kind, like moss cushioning stone. Her presence invites you deeper into your own marrow.

The questions, the reflections, the invitations to write and wonder — they reawakened the poet and seeker in me. They reminded me that my own stories, questions, and longings matter.

And the sisterhood… the bonds formed here will live in my heart for a lifetime. To be witnessed, to witness others, to remember that we are not alone — this is soul nourishment we rarely allow ourselves in the fast pace of modern life.

I cannot recommend this enough for anyone longing to know themselves more fully, to reclaim the lost passages of becoming, to slow down and return to what matters. If you are craving a circle where your truth is welcome, where your roots can deepen, and where you can feel the strength of being held — this is the place.

  • Where do I begin? Tending the Roots has filled a missing piece in my life… an intentional space to step into where I am witnessed, witness others, find connection & friendship, am asked to deepen the roots of who I am and to expand my bounds to include all of me - all the desires, pain, excitement, dreams, the wildness, intuition. It’s a space to honor all that has come before, all that is now and all that is to come. It’s both momentous and simple, requiring nothing more than just being myself over and over again. LB

  • “The process I moved through in Tending the Roots was a deep soul excavation, waking up and dusting off parts of my self and my power that were stuck or forgotten. The weaving of sisterhood and the feeling of being held made it safe to go deep. MotherBone is a steady guide, tracking the energy, drawing out what is hidden, and holding a beautiful space for transformation. Highly recommend taking the journey.” TP

Is this for me?

This mentorship is a beautiful fit if you're craving a well-crafted space and community for root-deep nourishment, fortifying skills, and creative vision while having a devoted, seasoned mentor support you, mirror your gifts and powers, and hold your edges with you - naming the places you might be hiding from or hijacking yourself.

This space is the centerpiece of mentorship (Village Ways) that has been missing for too long - a community hearth where we come together to fill up, anchor in the sacred, and hone ways/skills that have been stifled or suppressed and that we long for.

And the world needs.

While you hold so much and many - here's space for you.

Your Guide + Mentor

Tish created School of Way & Bone to offer the essential (but missing) mentorships and collaborative spaces for practitioners to be deeply nourished and supported as they apprentice their medicine, gain critical skills, and hone the body of work they are being called to create or bring forward.

SWB is for creatives, collaborative visionaries, practitioners, and edge tenders to root deep, build strong community and be well-resourced so that together, we can bring our most regenerative, fertile wisdom/work into the world.

For the long Way.

Tish is known for her capacity and unique skill to hold transformative space and mentor with great love, precision, edge tending, and humor.

Tish Linstrom, aka “MotherBone” brings over 35 years of experience + training as a guide, teacher, holistic practitioner, and mentor.

“Time for us to shed the “too small coats” to remember who we are and why we came.

It's time to gather and devote our focus and attention to reclaiming the wild mature feminine as we deeply resource ourselves, refine vital skills, and open to the dream coming in and through us.

We are being called to rise up and be in service from a soul-rooted, Village and Earth-based Wise Woman Way.”
